Terms of Service - Masterclasses

Space Is Limited: Register Early!

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Spaces for participants at the special rate are limited to 30 participants per course. 

Payment

Payment must be received in full before the start date of the course. 

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than five calendar days before the start of the event. EURO 25 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (this fee is waived for ISDMS members). Registration fees are non-transferable.

Event Cancellation

ISDMS reserves the right to cancel any masterclass because of low registration. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to hold credit for a future class or receive a full refund.

Professional Development Facilitator 

ISDMS reserves the right to substitute masterclass facilitators in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for refund.

ISDMS Masterclass facilitators agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the  event. Proper citations and permissions have been used and granted. 

Certificate of Completion

ISDMS will provide a certificate of completion with hours of professional development for each course participants complete. 

Learner Records Privacy

In signing up for a ISDMS masterclass t event, ISDMS requires  you to provide a certain amount of your personal data. Your privacy is very important to us. ISDMS’ privacy policy specifically details what information we collect and how it is used.
