Eligibility:

• This competition is open to members of the International Shared Decision Making Society who have paid for and registered for the [Scaling Shared Decision Making Masterclass] by 31^st December 2024.
• Registrants must have an active membership at the time of course registration and at 31st December 2024.
• Board members and staff of the organizing entity are not eligible to participate.

Entry:

• All participants who successfully pay for their course registration before 31^st December 2024 will be automatically entered into the draw.
• One entry per person only.

Prize:

• The prize is a refund of the full course fee paid by the winner.
• The refund will be processed within 14 business days after the winner is announced.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries on 23^rd January 2025.
• The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently using Random Picker.

 Winner Notification:

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

Refund Process:

• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for course registration.
• No alternative cash prizes or substitutions will be offered.

Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree to allow their name to be used for promotional purposes (e.g., announcing the winner on social media), unless they request otherwise.

General Conditions:

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved at the sole discretion of the organizer.
